Golf App Website Design for Quick 9 Launch Success

We designed a dynamic, user-focused golf app website for Quick 9 to support their launch and highlight new features. With intuitive UX and engaging visuals, the site helps users easily explore app benefits and drives interest from golfers and partners alike.

Project Goals
Showcase New App Features and Functionalities
Our goal was to redesign the Quick9 website to prominently feature the new app's features and functionalities. We focused on creating an engaging and informative user experience that would captivate potential users and provide clear insights into the app's capabilities.
Enhance User Accessibility and Information Retrieval
We aimed to optimize the website for enhanced user accessibility, ensuring that visitors could easily navigate and find relevant information. This involved streamlining the site's architecture, improving search functionality, and presenting content in a clear and organised manner to facilitate seamless information retrieval.

The Creative Process

Our collaboration with Quick 9 began with a clear objective: to elevate their digital presence with a modern, engaging, and strategic golf app website design. With the app preparing for its full launch, Rob and the Quick 9 team wanted a site that not only looked great but could clearly communicate the app’s unique features and user benefits. Having previously worked with Rob, we already had a strong working relationship, making this a smooth and collaborative journey from the start.

We kicked off the project with a discovery session to unpack the goals of the new website. We explored the challenges the previous version had—limited visual engagement, confusing user flow, and a lack of storytelling. The mission was to rebuild the site with a focus on accessibility, ease of navigation, and a design that resonates with golfers and potential partners alike. As specialists in golf app website design, we approached this project with a clear strategy rooted in user experience and visual impact.

From there, we moved into the research and wireframing phase. We studied competitors and analysed what worked well in the sports and app space. Our golf app website design plan prioritised clean layouts and intuitive paths for users to learn about the app and sign up. Using Figma, we mapped out a sitemap and created wireframes that organised content into digestible sections, with space for call-to-actions, feature highlights, and visuals that represent the app in action.

Visually, the design needed to reflect the sleek and tech-forward nature of the app while also appealing to a sporty, active audience. We worked with Quick 9’s existing brand assets—like their logo and colours—and evolved them to feel more dynamic online. We chose bold yet clean typography and a colour palette that complemented the app’s UI while keeping the look cohesive across platforms. Imagery and iconography were custom-created to mirror the golfing environment and app features, giving the website its own personality while staying in line with the product’s function.

One of the most rewarding parts of this golf app website design was the use of visual storytelling. Through the use of animation, scrolling interactions, and dynamic layouts, we were able to show—not just tell—how the app works. Visitors can now experience a walkthrough of Quick 9’s key features without needing to download the app first. We included strategic anchor points for video demos, testimonials, and FAQs, creating a full-circle user journey.

On the technical side, we built the site to be fast, mobile-optimised, and easy to maintain. Speed and performance were non-negotiables, given that many users would be accessing the site on their phones. SEO best practices were implemented from the beginning, with keyword optimisation, alt text, responsive layouts, and structured content hierarchy.

The result is a golf app website design that’s functional, sleek, and built for conversion. Whether a visitor wants to learn more about the app, sign up, or explore its features, the journey is smooth, clear, and engaging—everything a modern product website should be.
