We started the design process by considering BNI’s goals for the Visitor Evening and their target audience. Our initial research focused on effective promotional design strategies that capture interest and motivate action. We explored various layouts, color schemes, and typography options that align with BNI’s brand, ensuring a professional yet engaging look.

During the design phase, we prioritized the readability of event details, strategically placing key information such as date, time, and location. We incorporated visual hierarchy to guide the reader’s eye and included subtle BNI branding elements for consistency. Collaboration with BNI members provided valuable feedback, allowing us to refine the design and make it as effective and impactful as possible.
