Our design journey began with a thorough understanding of BNI’s branding guidelines and objectives for event exposure. We conducted research on visual trends in event signage, aiming to create a modern yet cohesive design that aligns with BNI’s professional image. Sketching out initial concepts, we focused on balancing impactful visuals with readable text to draw attention while conveying essential information clearly.

Next, we moved into the design phase, experimenting with various color schemes, typography, and imagery to ensure the banner would be visually appealing from a distance. We tested several layouts for optimal readability and made adjustments to highlight BNI’s message in the most effective way. Collaboration and feedback from BNI members were key to refining the final version, ensuring it met both aesthetic and functional requirements.
