The Creative Process

At Lemon Logic, we were thrilled to work on a Wexford stationery design project for HBS Connect, continuing our creative partnership with this forward-thinking IT services provider. After previously developing their logo and branding, our next mission was to create a comprehensive stationery suite that aligned with their evolving identity while ensuring a professional, cohesive presence across all materials.

This Wexford stationery design project started with a discovery session where we explored how HBS Connect communicated with clients and partners on a daily basis. From digital email signatures to printed business cards and proposal documents, we aimed to develop tools that not only looked great but also elevated their credibility and client experience.

We began by designing the business cards, ensuring they reflected both the modern edge and technical precision that HBS Connect is known for. Clean lines, confident typography, and strategic use of their brand colours came together to create a memorable and practical design. This was a crucial part of our Wexford stationery design approach—balancing visual impact with real-world usability.

Next, we created branded letterhead and document templates in editable formats like Word and PDF. These were built with a consistent header and footer system to allow flexibility while reinforcing HBS Connect’s branding. Typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy were all carefully considered, ensuring every document they send supports their reputation for professionalism and reliability.

An important component of this Wexford stationery design project was the development of a responsive HTML email signature. We created a version that maintained brand consistency across all platforms, including desktop and mobile. Clickable elements for phone, email, and website made the design functional as well as visually on-brand.

Throughout the project, we collaborated closely with Helmut and the HBS Connect team to refine each item. Feedback was collected at each stage, allowing us to make thoughtful improvements while staying true to the original brief. Our Wexford stationery design philosophy is always collaborative—we believe the best results happen when our clients are an active part of the creative process.

We also created a brand usage guide specific to the stationery materials. This included best practices for using templates, instructions for installing the email signature, and guidance on printing specifications to ensure consistency across suppliers.

The result of this Wexford stationery design project is a polished, future-proof system that helps HBS Connect communicate more clearly and confidently at every touchpoint. Whether they’re handing out a business card at a networking event or sending a digital proposal, their materials now reflect the same care and quality they bring to their services.
